⭐ Meet the team ⭐
This week we have our Assistant Manager Frazzle/Fraser!! The place would not be the same without him and his organisation!! We got to know him a bit more!!
🍷 Fav drink - Mai Tai on a summers evening by the beach can’t beat it!
🍲 Fav Food - Sushi 🍣 love making at home with partner
🏏 Fav past time - I love nature so getting off grid for a couple of day while I’m off work. Clear the head and lungs and get back to nature
If you were not in hospitality what would you do??
I would love to be a ⛷️ ski instructor as it combines outdoors and work.

This week we sat down with George our Jolly CDP to find out a bit more about him

🥯Fav food - Has to be my unusual concoction of Chicken Tenders with Maple Syrup & Ranch sauce…sticky chicky!!
🍻 Favourite drink - Love a can of monster on shift but a buzz ball bowl goes down a tray with the wife!!
🕺 What do you do when you’re not working - I help the wife every Sunday clean a castle and we do lots of gaming together.
🎵 Favourite music - has to be anything to do with Creamfields…can’t wait for next year!!

Favourite Drink - Jack & Coke or a wee cup of tea when feeling hungover
Favourite food - my mums lasagne…I don’t know what she does but it’s banging!!
How to you spend your spare time - If I’m not working at Scran I help out at Scotch & Wry which is another site of ours. But down time is normally spent collection stamps and Pokémon
If I was not a chef I would be… I think a pilot as I love flying!!
