A coffee shop when it's too early for wine, a wine bar when it's too late for coffee, and a shop all day long.

Ipsum, "itself" in Latin, Vinoteca as its name says, is a concept of its own. Ipsum Vinoteca is a wine bar and a wine shop with the biggest selection of boutique Italian wines and craft beers in the UK. Ipsum Vinoteca is a 20 seat restaurant with a menu changing daily only using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients and a coffee house for times when it is definitely too early for a glass of wine.

This month, w**e meets the movies, with three tastings inspired by some unforgettable film titles.

We’re also introducing W**ER —a new event for people who love w**e and would like to meet like-minded people in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Meet people, not profiles. Less swiping. More sipping.

If the response is positive, W**ER will become a monthly event.

Places are limited to 12 people per tasting, so book early to avoid disappointment!

During our Montalbano’s Sicily tasting, we will also sample an exceptional premium Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. We’ll first taste it on its own - just as the professionals do - before enjoying it with a slice of proper bread… if I can find one! 😉

WE’RE OPEN ALL AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND!

No need to rush your Bank Holiday weekend — we will be open throughout, with extra time for a glass of w**e, an Italian aperitivo, a coffee or a little Italian shopping.

Sunday — open until 10pm when we’ll also be hosting our Tuscan W**e Tasting, taking you on a journey through Tuscany, from Chianti to Super Tuscans and all the way to the island of Elba.
Bank Holiday Monday — 11am to 5pm

Whether you fancy a quick espresso, a bottle to take home, or want to sit down, relax and make the long weekend last a little longer, come and see us.
