All food waste on site is collected and processed using a food waste digester, turning it into renewable energy and keeping organic waste out of landfill - which helps cut down greenhouse gas emissions too.

Sustainability doesn’t stop there! We use a biomass boiler for energy, and all used cooking oil from the kitchens is collected and recycled to avoid harming the environment.

We’re also fully recyclable site, with materials like glass, paper, aluminium, cardboard, plastics, tins, and bottles recycled responsibly through trusted waste partners.

Good news for breakfast lovers – you can now start your day at Morley Hayes a little earlier!

Our new Breakfast & Brunch menu is served Wednesday to Friday from 9am to 12pm, with two courses for £27pp or our three-course Champagne Breakfast for £37.50pp.

With new dishes joining old favourites, there’s never been a better reason to make a morning of it at the Dovecote Restaurant.

We were delighted to welcome The Sticky Beak back to The Dovecote Restaurant at Morley Hayes to experience our monthly Steak Night - and we’re thrilled with their glowing review!

They had plenty of praise for both the food and the service - from beautifully presented starters and our exceptional Dexter fillet to perfectly crisp triple-cooked chips and indulgent desserts.

We’re especially pleased they described the steak as 'possibly the nicest steak they’ve ever eaten!'
