Apologies for not holding the meat raffle yesterday. We did intend to but yesterday we all said a very sad farewell here to 'Buzza' and as the day progressed we decided not to go ahead with the raffle this weekend. This is the main man dressed up for one of our SH** SHIRT days...We are so going to miss you mate - so sad, another character taken far too early :( ###

We would like to say a huge thanks to all of our neighbours who at times must wish sometimes that we would pack our bags and shut the Castle Inn doors so they could enjoy the peace and quiet. It has been a long, busy and noisy weekend and we really do appreciate you all so much. x xx It's people like you that keep a community together and a local pub going ###
