☀️ Brand-new flavours for summer are on the way.
Our chefs have been hard at work, creating an exciting new summer menu that will be launching very soon. Fresh from receiving a prestigious AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence, the team has some delicious seasonal treats in store for you. ☀️

In the meantime, be sure to catch some of our latest creations on this weekend's specials menu — because once they're gone, they're gone!

This Weekend's Specials:

🍤 Fritto Misto – Tempura king prawns, cod cheeks and squid, served with saffron aioli.

🐟 Fillet of Seabass – Lemon and pepper gnocchi, spinach, and a caper cream sauce.

🥧 Venison Cottage Pie – Served with seasonal greens and rich gravy.

🐄 Bacon-Cured Beef Short Rib – Hasselback potatoes, street slaw, and burnt corn chimichurri.

Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we’re working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as and , hospitality communities like , and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.
