We are away to celebrate, and relax ahead of the very busy Summer ahead...

With our New Bar "Above Stairs" being made ready for an early July opening 🙏
and lots of work to do alongside...

We hinted about an announcement...
We spoke briefly, about something special happening...
Well...

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are excited to announce...

"Above Stairs"

Our new Bar and space, located in Bents House above The Scullery...
Historical Houses like this would have clearly defined spaces "below stairs" that included kitchens, pantries, and sculleries, the domain of servers to the house... and so, The Scullery Kitchen was conceived.

"Above Stairs" the upper floor areas, where the refined aspects of life were conducted...
The term (Above Stairs) symbolised
Comfort, Status, Privilege, Gentility.

And so, we are excited to bring you...

June 1st 2019

We had no idea if anyone would come...
We had no idea if it would work...
We simply had, what we thought, was a good idea....

Seven Years on....
We have served literally thousands of you...
Hundreds each and every week!

We are still absolutely "blown away" by the generous support, continuous custom, and positive feedback from you... our incredible guests 🙏👏

As we celebrate our 7th Birthday, feeling proud and positive for what is next to come ...
