Hive Live Music Event
Music is very much back at the heart of this yearβs Horley Carnival. In addition to music being featured during the parade and in the recreation ground during the day, from 4.00pm, the Carnivalβs Hive Live evening event showcases no fewer than four brilliant local bands, all well known and much followed throughout our area.
These are the bands you can expect to see, hear and experience on Saturday 20th June from 4.00pm in the Recreation Ground.
Hive Live Bands
4pm - 3times7
3times7 are a well known and liked blues band, local to Horley - fronted by a true vocal powerhouse, they play a mix of catch originals, and reinvented covers guaranteed to leave a smile on your face.

5pm - Voodoo Tweed Cult
Voodoo Tweed Cult describe themselves as "Bluegrass Ska with its tongue firmly in its cheek". Hot off of success in Caterham's "Battle of the Bands", this is not an act to be missed, be ready for some distinctly different covers of things you'll definitely recognise, but probably won't have heard like this before.

6pm - Something Like That
Something Like That are a band that many will have seen around Horley, think 70s-90s singalong floor-fillers and upbeat fun, so warm up your vocal chords and get your dancing shoes on for this one.

7pm - Four King Hell
Four King Hell, our headline band for this event, describe themselves as "Throwing your favourite songs into a punk rock blender", get ready for all the right notes being played in all the wrong genres, a total blend of musical chaos that delights in assaulting your ears, you'll be smiling all the way through this wonderful round off to the day.
