Pét Nat is back in the building and it’s from one of your favourite Portuguese producers!

Quinta da Raza create this beautifully fresh and fruity wine using the ancestral method - bottling before fermentation finished creating bubbles inside the bottle.

Get it by the glass or by the bottle!

Oliver’s been loving the Francois Carillon Chardonnay 2022 which is essentially a white Burgundy without breaking the bank. Jamal has run his wallet dry with his new found love - La Péira Las Flors 2019!

Try them by the glass, bottle or as part of the ‘best of Mediterranean France’ wine flight! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

The weather is looking glorious this Bank Holiday weekend… and we’ve got just the wine for it. Not just any Provence rosé - but one from the winery that helped start it all! ☀️

Back when the region was known for darker, sweeter rosés, Régine Sumeire went against the grain to create something paler, crisper and beautifully fresh. Despite plenty of pushback, she perfected the style that’s now loved all over the world.

This month, we’re pouring it as part of our Mediterranean France regional list — available by the glass or bottle for the rest of May! 🇫🇷

It was a pleasure celebrating the expansion of the Coravin Guide last week .mcr 🥂

We are 1 of 17 bars/restaurants across the whole of the UK to receive a 3 glass rating - awarded for serving over 60 wines by the glass. The Guide aims to shed light on venues where variety matters and that is a key value here at Honley Wine Bar! 🍷

The Picpoul from Ormarine, based in Languedoc, has been going down an absolute treat so far!

We’ve finally moved onto our next region - Mediterranean France!
