Meet the team (kitchen edition)

Will is our youngest chef here at Nowhere, but he works with the confidence and the skill of someone well beyond his years!

Here’s few things about Will:

🍽️His favourite dishes on the menu are at the moment Baked Aubergine and obviously Lamb Koftas (otherwise why else he would be holding it in the picture )

🥮Desert to follow after the mains is Sticky toffee pudding. Simply because he is the one making them! And no one else knows the secret ingredients he uses 🤫

🍺 His favourite drink to pair with the mains is Nowhere Lager

🎧Latest Obsession
Mixing songs and creating playlists. When he’s not serving up great food, he’s busy blending beats and finding the perfect mix.

We are absolutely grateful to have Will on our team as without him desert menu would not exist 🤫
