Privately owned since 1991, The Griffin is a beautiful grade 2 listed 17th Century Pub/Restaurant within the heart of Higham Ferrers with a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The Griffin has gained an envious reputation of being one of the finest establishments in the area. We would like to thank all our lovely customers, friends, staff and suppliers for your support over the last 30 + years.

We have received many lovely messages from many people and although we have been unable to reply to each and every one we do sincerely appreciate all the thoughts and good times that we’ve had.

We will miss seeing everyone in the pub very much and would like to send our best wishes from Lynn and all of the team at The Griffin.

We are extremely saddened to announce The Griffin will be closing Sunday 18th August . We would like to thank all our customers over the years for supporting us. We will be selling a number of items including kitchen equipment crockery our unique bar stools plus much more.
