The Bat & Ball Pub (A Community Interest Company) based in Holmer Green is looking for a visionary Pub General Manager to lead the rebirth of our historic village pub!
This isn’t just a management job; it’s an opportunity to turn a £250k community-backed restoration into the premier hub for local life. 🏏🍻
Package
Salary: Up to £60k (including a basic salary of up to £40k plus a profit share/bonus scheme).
Location: Holmer Green Common.
Start Date: June/July 2026.
The Vibe: Coffee and conversation by day; pints, plates, and laughter by night.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years in hospitality management with a solid track record in staff supervision, stock control, and budgeting. #
Qualifications: You must be a Personal License Holder with Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
The X-Factor: A passion for community engagement and the leadership skills to manage a high-profile, community-focused freehold.
