This scumbag thought he was been a lovely person and broke in last night getting away with stock and cash float. I know it is very hard to see who they are but someone will know them. Please message me anonymously if you know. They have caused insurmountable damages and costs and when small businesses like mine are facing such incredibly tough times, this is heartbreaking. I will add some pics too,as I say his face is hidden but gait is quite distinguishable. Help a small business out. Oh and he also carrys a very large knife with him so not the nicest of people and I am grateful that neither myself our my family walked in on him, because he brought that knife with the intention of using it

📢 Time for an announcement!

On Thursday 17th September, we will be launching our new seasonal menu! Featuring some cosy classics like seasonal soups, pickle board, and sausage and mash, alongside some Irish delicacies like spice bags and chicken fillet rolls 👀

The menu will be available from next Thursday, and will also bring new weekly offers that we think you'll be excited to hear about! 🤫

Not only are we launching the menu on Thursday, but we will also be launching our new website! With features that allow you to browse menus ahead of time, make bookings, and keep up to date with news and events happening in the pub! More info on this will be published with the launch of the website. 🥳

We are so excited for the autumn season and we look forward to welcoming you into our pub in the coming weeks! 😄🍁

If you're seeing this, you could be one of the first to grab tickets to our Halloween Party this year! 👻 With the kids party during the day for only £5 a ticket, and then spooky karaoke for older guests heading into the evening - we're gearing up for some spooky celebrations! 🥳

There will be prizes for the best/most creative costumes so we can't see what you come up with! 🧟 🧛‍♀️

On Friday 30th we will also be having a spooky themed DJ night hosted by a very special guest - more information on that coming soon! 🙈

The lovely Why Not played yesterday afternoon and brought a wonderful atmosphere to the pub and we loved it!

The Daily Star reached out to us a while ago as they wanted to chat to our landlady Rachel about the resident ghosts at The Farmer’s Boy. 👻

After our viral video of our resident ghost trying to Split the G in our pub, we sparked many conversations on how spooky our pub really is:

“One social media user wrote: “Must be an Irish ghost.” Another said: “It could be one of the old locals and you’re in his seat.” While one added: “Get the vicar in to bless the place, can’t be having pints wasted.”“

As Rachel said in the interview, visits from psychics suggests the ghosts are friendly, but maybe they just wanted a pint? 🍺

This month we have an extra special music event on 6th September featuring 4 amazing live acts - Brook Charles, Why Not, Lisa Marie's Adele Tribute and DJ decades music going into the evening. This will be a brilliant day while the Brickendon Fete is taking place over the road, so if you want to get your live music fix, we've got you sorted! 🫡

Not only that, but we have live music on the 13th and 27th as well - evenings not to be missed!
