Cider the way it should be
We know all about our cider because we are there from the tree to the glass. Our apples are carefully selected and picked by us only when the apples are at optimal ripeness. We blend apples with varying qualities to give a balanced full flavoured cider. The apples are pressed by hand using a traditional basket press and the juice is then collected in stainless steel fermentation vessels where it will spend a minimum of six months.
We are a micro cidery based in Hertfordshire, run by husband and wife Nihal and Lynne. We are keen to source local apples to revive the art of artisan cider making in Hertfordshire. We are now becoming established and recognised in our field having produced a variety of ciders of the highest quality. Our emphasis is on quality and taste.
