Classic comfort food cottage pie topped with cheesy mash and served with garden peas
Pan seared breast of locally sourced pheasant with creamy savoy cabbage and crispy smoked bacon mashed potatoes with a rich calvados sauce

Classic coq au vin served with your choice of creamy mash or long grain rice
Tender chicken marinated in rich red wine and chicken stock with baby button mushrooms, shallots and crispy smoked bacon lardons
Spicy lamb Merguez sausage pasta
An absolutely incredible pasta sauce filled with locally sourced lamb Merguez sausage from the lovely Bill Chiltern Lamb, tomatoes, chilli and garlic served on tagliatelle with freshly shaved parmesan cheese
Both amazing dishes on at our January deal price of £13
Finally, pork cocktail sausages glazed with sesame, spicy crispy chilli and soy, on at £9.50
