This week we've got chef to knock up a rather stunning line up
Classic comfort food cottage pie topped with cheesy mash and served with garden peas

Tender chicken marinated in rich red wine and chicken stock with baby button mushrooms, shallots and crispy smoked bacon lardons
Spicy lamb Merguez sausage pasta
An absolutely incredible pasta sauce filled with locally sourced lamb Merguez sausage from the lovely Bill Chiltern Lamb, tomatoes, chilli and garlic served on tagliatelle with freshly shaved parmesan cheese
