What’s a better way to spend an evening than a gentle stroll from Henley to visit us? A river taxi of course! Why not work up a hunger walking down to us and then cruise back to Henley on one of Hobbs’ beautiful boats to finish the evening off in style.

Available Friday and Saturday evenings (except Saturday 25th)

Have no fear sports fans, the quiz will be back EVERY TUESDAY so get your thinking caps, confused faces and best irrelevant trivia at the ready: it’s anyone’s game!

This year’s quiz will be raising money for the much loved and very important work of (one of whom’s founding members can be spotted in these pictures🕵️‍♀️ ).

Our favourite quizmaster will be bringing you your weekly dose of chaos so keep an eye on the social media in the coming months as we might just drop a few hints along the way. It looks like a few of you might need them 👀👀

The Lockdown Lodge 2025, you’ve been a blast!

The first and biggest thank you as always goes to the incredible people who come and support us year after year, without whom none of this would be possible. Thanks for the laughs, little acts of kindness, patience and not complaining about the odd errors on the quiz sheets 😵‍💫There’s nowhere else we’d rather be each summer, and no-one else we’d rather spend it with ✨

These small businesses deserve every ounce of credit for their part in making the magic, we 🫶🏻them!

We couldn’t do it without the chirpy (slightly mad) and willing FOH staff, who you will all be familiar with by now. They make everyday fun and are an absolute joy to work with, never batting an eyelid even at some of my madder requests 🤪

But finally, the most important thank you has to go to Jon for the incredible food, his exceptional team of cheerful chefs and his understanding of the vision. The Christie’s team’s ability to cope when the queues aren’t relaxing and the kitchen is the temperature of an oven and still not be phased is remarkable
