WE ARE BACK ! After a lovely summer break we are back at the Golden ball and raring to go . Currently preparing our first partridge of the season going straight on our lunch menu with pears from the garden and green peppercorns.

We are thrilled to announce a collaborative dinner on Thursday September 18th with pairing some of their fantastic beers with a bespoke 7 course tasting menu ! The food will be in our signature style and had been expertly paired by one of the team at Estrella. The menu will be priced at £95 which includes 5 different matching beers - so a real bargain ! The Saturday jacket . A tradition I have taken from my time at , and was one of my favourites. After completing a year on the team , a chef would be given a jacket embroidered with the restaurants logo . It was a point of pride to wear it on a Saturday ( the last day of the working week) and showed off your commitment and hard work in the restaurant . I was so happy to give his first Bragard and hope it won’t be the last ! Amazing to see how far he has come on since he started and is now totally indispensable as it’s still only the two of us in the kitchen ! We are super proud of you ! Can’t wait to see what the future hold
