🍺 Bar Staff Wanted (P.AY.E) Join Our Team at The Junction Inn!

We’re looking for experienced, reliable bar staff to join our busy, friendly pub.

About the Role-
We are a community pub, so we need someone who can hit the ground running. The role includes:

- Regular weekend shifts (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and occasional event nights)
- Full bar work – serving customers, handling cash/card payments, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area
- Cellar work – changing barrels, , stock rotation, and maintaining beer quality
- Supporting the team during busy periods and keeping service smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For
You must have:

- Previous bar experience in a community pub environment
- Cellar experience and confidence working with kegs, and casks
- A friendly, professional attitude with great customer service
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team
