Hilltop Brewery Tap Our unique Brewery Tap serves a selection of our Real Ales & guest beers alongside Craft Beer, speci Full of the flavour of Cascade hops.

By making small batches of ale, I've managed to perfect several recipes. By keeping batches small I aim to maintain and improve quality. Also due to natural fluctuations in ingredients, each batch will be slightly different so each taste will be a new experience. Currently the following ales are being brewed and tasted to perfection:
Spanish Stout - a traditional stout flavoured with liquorice and aniseed. Cherokee - a fruity American version of the traditional IPA. Scolded Shoulder - a golden fruity wheat beer flavoured with orange and coriander. Jumping Pirate - a Bavarian style ale packed with German hops. Colin Brown Ale - a malty ale with a bittersweet fruity finish. Aunty Pat - a Christmas seasonal ale, with traditional English hops and flavoured with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and raisins. Not currently available in shops but being enjoyed by the extende Jones family.

After an incredible sell-out weekend, we’ve completely run out of beer and can’t collect any more today.
