OxyGin Bar, our beautifully converted horse trailer (Betty), is owned and run by Adrianne and Alice.
We love Cornwall and all things Cornish so we have been up and down this beautiful County to source the best drinks and brands.
DON’T LIKE GIN? NOT TO WORRY!
We stock a variety of other spirits, beers, wines and ciders. We will happily cater to your needs and can create bespoke packages just for you!
And the best part? We can set up anywhere at any time! Give us the date and venue, and we will take care of the rest! We mainly operate throughout Cornwall, however we are happy to venture a little further so please do contact us for more information.
WEDDING | EVENTS | HIRE
If you are looking for something unique and quirky for your special occasion, we just might be for you!
As every event and wedding is different we will create and stock the bar to suit your needs! We will work with you to produce something memorable and show stopping for you and your guests!
If Gin is your thing (like us!), we will guarantee you at least 15 hand picked Cornish Gin’s (all tried and tested) of course.
We have a one-off fee of £150 for the hire of our beautiful horse trailer, Betty.
This guarantees you,
Reasonably priced drinks! We can send you a pricelist of all our drinks upon request so you and guests will know what to expect on the day.
2 members of friendly well-trained staff will be on hand for the duration to ensure the event runs smoothly.
We will arrive at least 2 hours prior the event to ensure we are set up and ready to go.
A fully stocked bar including disposable glassware.
We will arrange and ensure all the correct licensing is in place before the event. If a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) is required, there will be an additional £30 fee.
A face to face consultation to ensure we understand exactly what you require, down to the smallest of details
OUR PACKAGES
Served to your taste.
1. CASH BAR PACKAGE
Your guests will pay for the drinks just like a normal bar.
2. TAB BAR PACKAGE
Want to treat your guests to a drink or two! No problem, simply deposit an amount behind the bar and when it’s spent the bar will change to a cash bar.
3. OPEN BAR PACKAGE
Feeling generous? Treat your guest to an open bar for all or part of your event!
4. BUBBLE’S PACKAGE
Would you like to treat your guests to a glass of bubbles on arrival? After the ceremony?
Or speeches? Or all three? Just one of the many options we have available!
5. COCKTAILS PACKAGE
Cocktails your thing? We can create a simple, tasty bespoke cocktail menu to really add that special touch to your day.
