CALLING ALL GOOD PEOPLE, BIG PERSONALITIES & FOOD-LOVING LEGENDS! 🇮🇳

BOMBAY BREW IS COMING TO HEBDEN BRIDGE… AND WE’RE GETTING A RIGHT GANG TOGETHER!

Over the years, Bombay Brew has been home to some truly brilliant people…..loads of absolute characters, some incredible talents, a few questionable personalities (you know who you are 😂)… but every single one of them has helped make Bombay Brew what it is…

….and now, as we get ready to open the doors to our new home in Hebden Bridge in December after three years on the road, we’re looking for the next generation of Bombay legends to join us.

We want to build something people are proud to be part of with people already part of the community!

A place where personalities shine, hard work is appreciated, rewarded, where everyone looks after each other and coming to work is actually something you look forward to.

We’re passionate about proper hospitality, ridiculously good Indian street food, great b**r, bangin cocktails, good music and creating the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to come back again and again.

….to do that we need good people to help make it happen.

SO WE’RE RECRUITING:

Full-time & Part-time Chefs – Experience in Indian cuisine or street food would be brilliant. Passion, creativity and pride in your cooking are essential.

Part-time Bar Staff, great energy and a genuine love of hospitality.

Part-time Waiting Staff Friendly faces who know how to make people feel welcome.

Part-time Kitchen Porters, The absolute unsung heroes of every great kitchen and restaurant!!

Experience is great, but attitude, enthusiasm and being a genuinely decent person count for an awful lot with us.

We’re incredibly proud of the teams we’ve had in the past, and we want our new Hebden Bridge home crew to be every bit as special.

So, if you fancy being part of something a little different, with a team that works hard, laughs harder and takes real pride in what it does…

Lattes to lassis and high tea to chai tea!

When we open the doors it’s not just going to be about tandoori lamb cutlets and a craft ale with your favs in the evening!

We’ll also be serving up a brunch and lunch menu from 10am until 3pm, bringing a little Bombay magic to your mornings and afternoons!

Recently, we’ve been busy in the kitchen cooking, tasting and tweaking some of our potential dishes. From familiar brunch classics with an Indian twist to traditional Indian breakfast recipes you might not be quite so familiar with!

Think bold flavours, warming spices, fresh ingredients and a few surprises along the way.

Some dishes have already earned their place on the menu, while others still need a little work. But that’s the fun of putting together something new!

We’re really looking forward to showing you that Bombay Brew is about so much more than a good curry!

Brunch, lunch, supper, street food, craft b**r & cocktails.

Saturday!!

Our little van that can is at Littleborough RUFC supplying food for players, supporters and well anyone whom wants to rock up!!!

12:30pm until around 7:30pm

Slinging out Babs, Mosas, Burgers & Curry at Littleborough Rugby Club from 12:30 Saturday.

Food for players, supporters & general public….so pop up, have kebab and enjoy some ruggers!!

BOMBAY BREW IS BACK

And this time, we’ve found ourselves a brand new home in Hebden Bridge.

3 long years of kebab slinging sofa surfing is over and we finally get to do our thing in our own place!

A new home
A new kitchen
A new chapter.

But the important bits? Very much the same.

The same familiar faces
The same big flavours
The same banging drinks list
The same slightly chaotic sense of fun that you all loved about us in the first place

Our new Hebden Bridge home will be a little bit Bombay Brew, a little bit café, a little bit bar and a whole lot of what we do best.

Brunch • Lunch • Dinner • Supper

We’ve missed it.

We’ve missed you.

And we cannot wait to open the doors again.

Slinging out the usual babs & samosas but also a new item thats been going down a treat!!

Our Bacon & Cheese Burger Samosas!!!

Inspired by the spring rolls at Disney world its three large samosas filled with beef patty, diced onion, cheese and gherkin then smothered in burger sauce and bacon!

Today we are also doing kids large hotdogs for just two tokens!
