All our ‘glasses’, crockery and cutlery are made from bio-degradable/compost friendly materials and are 100% recyclable.

This isn’t just a margarita…This is a Chomp Seaweed Margarita.

We’ve taken ocean-salted seaweed, hand-selected for its delicate umami depth…
Infused it slowly into premium tequila…
Balanced it with sharp, zesty lime…
And finished with a whisper of Gwithian beach sand that lingers on the lips.

It’s fresh. It’s bold. It’s unexpectedly moreish.

We’ve been quietly working on this one for a while… and with the launch of our new bar, it felt like the perfect moment.
