📍August Courtyard Party - Sunday 30th August from 12
Something great is happening this weekend, our Bank Holiday courtyard party! We'll be serving plenty of smokey, slow cooked meats, plus music and good spirits.
We'd love for you to join us.
On the menu will be:
Baby back ribs smoked for 4 hours served dry rubbed or glazed in BBQ sauce with fries and slaw
Pulled pork slow smoked and dressed served with pit beans, fries and pickles
16 hour smoked Welsh beef brisket ½ lb of brisket served with fries, slaw, pickles and a pot of bourbon gravy
Smoked chicken wings - ½ dozen glazed in BBQ, Korean BBQ or Buffalo sauce served with fries, slaw and pickles
The Smokehouse Platter - half a rack of baby back ribs, pulled pork, ¼ lb of brisket, ½ dozen wings, smoked spicy sausage, pit beans, bourbon gravy, fries, pickles and slaw
From the grill
Moving mountains burger a plant based burger on a toasted sesame bun with or without cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, lettuce, tomato, gherkins and burger sauce, fries and slaw
Vegan hot dog - Vegan sausage in a brioche bun, caramelised onions, ketchup, mustard and crispy onions with fries and slaw
Double smash burger - Two Welsh beef patties on a toasted sesame bun with cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, lettuce, tomato, gherkins and burger sauce, fries and slaw.
