So fast forward to Hatfield

Me and my wife have invested all our savings in UK for higher studies in Hatfield and pursing the UK dream….. lucky for us I got a job quickly and running our day to day life with that, it’s not much but it is content full for us to overcome some of our lacking 🄰 …….

Being in Hatfield couldn’t stop falling in love with the surroundings and the urge to do smoke meats during my off days has peaked recently, with the lovely weather that has been previewing over the weeks.

Under all circumstances I went and ordered myself an offset smoker and got it up last night. (Pics attached with its assembly)

To kick start this SMOKE VENTURE I need few other things (listed below)

1. Digital thermometer
2. Charcoal
3. Wood chunks

Total costing is 84 pound.(Amazon screenshot attached for clear understanding)

I will be getting my next salary payment in coming one week time, i am trying to hold on to my excitement till than but I was wondering if anyone would like to HELP ME KICKSTART THIS SMOKE MEAT VENTURE with 84 pound before my pay date.

I will not return the 84 pound but In return as THANK YOU, I will give 4 nights dinner, each dinner should be serving 4 people comfortably (weekly one dinner will be delivered to your recommended place that is within 40 minutes of driving time by car from Hatfield to any side North East West South)

1. First Dinner: 1-1.3kg Smoked Brisket with meat mash potatoes & gravy

2. Second dinner : Smoked Whole chicken with yellow fragrant rice (Mediterranean fusion)

3. Third dinner: Smoked Lamb leg with gravy & sauce

4. Fourth dinner: Smoked beef Ribs glazed with strawberry infused garlic butter sauce

The reason for this post is not to collect money but to find same mindset of people WHO LOVES SMOKED MEATS

If this post is unsuccessful, do not fear, My salary will be coming in a week or so and our Smoke Meat venture in Hatfield will surely kick in soon……

Please bear with me while I slowly build this community as I am working 5 days a week, 9 hours per day.

Hi everyone, first of would like to say it’s gonna be a bit of write up, with future follow up posts for further updates….. by reading the page name, I hope you all understands it’s gonna be a page on SMOKING MEATS & ITS COMPLEMENTARIES…..

My brief history from where I am from: where am I currently, why am I here and MAIN back story of Me & Smoked Meats in my life:

I am from Dhaka city of Bangladesh, I came to UK on 2021 September, currently residing in Hatfield, Hertfordshire of UK. Me & my wife we move to UK for her higher Studies and pursing dreams šŸ˜. My first experience with smoke meats was a short visit to Rockwell, Texas USA on 2010. Dino beef ribs and briskets: both these with Mac n cheese CHANGED my whole experience with BEEF/MEATS in my life…..

After that visit from USA I started following and learning the art of smoking meats, unfortunately Dhaka city is not the best place to practice that art, as offset-smokers were not readily available. So I took it on to my own hands and designed my own makeshift smoker with a thermostat (picture of the ā€œSmokerā€-added in this post); (I was and still am proud of this project); (it taught me when you really want something, u just need to learn and harness the knowledge at your disposal); (ā€œpassion/love/interest/motivation will give the power to learn & driveā€)
