Smoked meats of Hatfield
Hi everyone, first of would like to say itās gonna be a bit of write up, with future follow up posts for further updatesā¦.. by reading the page name, I hope you all understands itās gonna be a page on SMOKING MEATS & ITS COMPLEMENTARIESā¦..
My brief history from where I am from: where am I currently, why am I here and MAIN back story of Me & Smoked Meats in my life:
I am from Dhaka city of Bangladesh, I came to UK on 2021 September, currently residing in Hatfield, Hertfordshire of UK. Me & my wife we move to UK for her higher Studies and pursing dreams š. My first experience with smoke meats was a short visit to Rockwell, Texas USA on 2010. Dino beef ribs and briskets: both these with Mac n cheese CHANGED my whole experience with BEEF/MEATS in my lifeā¦..
After that visit from USA I started following and learning the art of smoking meats, unfortunately Dhaka city is not the best place to practice that art, as offset-smokers were not readily available. So I took it on to my own hands and designed my own makeshift smoker with a thermostat (picture of the āSmokerā-added in this post); (I was and still am proud of this project); (it taught me when you really want something, u just need to learn and harness the knowledge at your disposal); (āpassion/love/interest/motivation will give the power to learn & driveā)
