🩸 A new life saving addition at The Dukes Head

We’re really pleased to have had a Bleed Control Kit installed at The Dukes Head.

These specialist kits contain life-saving equipment, including advanced dressings, chest seals and a tourniquet, designed to help control severe bleeding in those critical minutes before emergency services arrive.

There are now around 650 Bleed Control Kits located across public places in Essex, including pubs, bars, community venues and visitor attractions.

We’re proud to be part of this initiative and to have equipment here at The Dukes Head that could potentially help save a life when it matters most.

A big thank you to everyone involved in getting the kit installed. ❤️

Hopefully it’s something we’ll never need to use but it’s reassuring to know it’s here.
