Who are PAVE?

PAVE street food are a collective of local small street food traders who hope to create a permanent street food presence in the Old Town. We consist of The BBQ Project, Heritage Breed Meats and Penelope’s Pitstop. We are working with the council to reclaim the Chess Square as a space which creates income for both them and the community whilst adding to the character and charm of the Old Town. As local businesses we strive to work with other local businesses to achieve our goals, this means sourcing our ingredients locally and collaborating with the Old Town businesses whom we have always supported.
