IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM GRAND PERA 💙
Dear customers, friends and the Hastings community,
Following the hearing on Wednesday 9 September, a decision was made to revoke Grand Pera’s alcohol licence.
We have 21 days to appeal this decision, and we will be appealing.
⚠️ Most importantly, Grand Pera is NOT closed. We are OPEN and operating as usual.
While the appeal process is ongoing, the current arrangements remain in place, including alcohol service. You can continue to visit us, dine with us and enjoy Grand Pera as usual.
We will keep you informed of any further developments through Grand Pera’s official social media accounts. Please rely on our official updates rather than rumours or information from other sources.
We are genuinely sorry that this situation has arisen. It has never been our intention to break the rules, cause harm or disturb our neighbours or community.
We sincerely apologise to our neighbours, the relevant authorities and anyone who may have been inconvenienced or affected. We have listened, we have learned, and we are committed to moving forward responsibly.
