The next eagerly anticipated semi final of the town 3-a-sides is this Tuesday 12th May.
The main snooker room will be closed from 6pm with table 4 available for members.

Members notice:

We are hosting the town 3 a side semi finals Thursday 7th May.

Tables 1, 2 & 3 will be closed until the games are finished. Table 4 will be available to members all night.

Snooker players - the safe is getting a lot of use lately, and it doesn't get filled up with 50p's daily so please don't assume there's always some left.

Club Announcement

We are saddened to share the passing of our friend and long standing member of the club David Shaw.
Dave or Dai as he was known to those closest to him, had served the club as a committee member for several years and had acted as treasurer until recently, and he will be sorely missed.
Our sincerest condolences go to his wife Brenda, daughter Leslie, Dave's other children and close family.
RIP Dave

We are saddened to announce the passing of our former long standing president, Ronald Brough.
Ronnie had served the club for many years and was a well respected figure within the Athenaeum community.
We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace.
