**information regarding booking**
We require a £100 deposit to hire our concert room. £50 of this is refundable and will be returned as long as there’s no damage to the room, people don’t bring their own alcohol, the room is emptied at the appropriate time etc.
To book the room we require certain details including:
Name
Contact number
Event
Start time
Approx numbers
The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
