Where: North Bar Harrogate
Hours: 30-35, including evenings and weekends
Pay: £13.31 per hour
What You’ll Do:
As a supervisor, you will:
Support Daily Operations: Assist the management team in running the venue’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Champion Table Service: Lead by example, ensuring table service is flawless and enhances guest satisfaction.
Solve Problems Proactively: Address challenges with a cool head and a solution-oriented mindset.
Engage with Guests: Build strong relationships with customers, creating moments that keep them coming back.
Assist with Stock and Supplies: Support stock management, including checks, orders, and handling deliveries.

A team-first approach with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Highly organised and able to handle fast-paced environments with ease.
Broad knowledge of beer and enthusiasm to learn more.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
