A little reminder of what we have going on at The Live this weekend…

Tonight:
Chippy Night is served from 6pm to 8pm. Everything cooked freshly to order and once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Saturday:
Brunch rolls and Prem football from Midday until 2pm.
We’ve live music in the pub from 8pm, so why not bring your dancing shoes and pay us a visit?

Sunday:
Looking for the perfect way to sign off the weekend? Look no further than our delicious roast dinners, served 12pm to 3pm! Can’t join us? We offer free delivery within Harpole and Western Gate!

As we're pretty sure it'll be changing soon, we'll move swiftly on to what's happening at The Live this week 😆

Tonight:
B**r and a Burger Night from 7pm to 9pm

Tuesday:
Pie and a Pint Night from 7pm to 9pm

Wednesday:
Roast Chicken Lunch Special, served 12pm to 2pm
Pizza Night from 7pm to 9pm

Thursday:
Pizza Night from 7pm to 9pm
Bottled B**rs £3 and Bottled Ciders £4 from 7pm to close

Friday:
Bottomless Tea/Coffee and a pastry/cake for £5 from Midday to 3pm
Chippy Night from 6pm to 8pm

Saturday:
Brunch Rolls and Prem Footy from Midday to 2pm
Live Music from Pinkerton Assorted Colours at 8pm in our lounge!

Sunday:
Roast Dinners served 12pm to 3pm - with free delivery available within Harpole and Western Gate!

Afternoon All!

The weekend is finally here and we still can't get our heads around the fact that Christmas is just around the corner...🤯 As such, we'll be providing an update on plans for our annual Christmas Fayre during the course of next week.

But enough of that, here's what we have lined up the weekend ahead of us:

Tonight:
Chippy Night is back between 6pm and 8pm! All orders are cooked fresh to order and once it's gone, it's gone, so get in quick!

Saturday:
The rear section of our pub is in use during the early afternoon, but we've our brunch rolls on offer as per usual, between Midday and 1.30pm. In the evening, from 5pm to 8pm ALL medium house wines are just £5, so why not pop in and say hello!?

Sunday:
Our delicious roast dinners are served between Midday and 3pm - we've a couple of tables spare, so get in touch if you'd like to dine with us.

Thursday:
Pizza available from 7pm to 9pm
Bottled b**r/cider promo from 7pm to close

Friday:
Chippy night from 6pm to 8pm

Saturday:
Brunch rolls from 12pm to 2pm
In the evening we welcome Abbie Holding back to the pub for Disco Karaoke, with the fun kicking off from 7:30pm!

Was the Scarecrow festival really a week ago!? Here’s what we’ve coming up this weekend…with a little nod to upcoming events too!

Tonight:
Chippy Night is back between 6pm and 8pm

Tomorrow:
Brunch Rolls and Prem Football between Midday and 2pm.
In the evening it’s Disco Bingo time, with the chance to win a decent few quid if you’re lucky!

Sunday:
Roast Dinners are available between Midday and 3pm. Get in touch if you’d like to book!

Upcoming…

Sat 26th - We welcome Abbie’s Disco Karaoke back to the pub, so get practicing and ready to belt out the tunes!

Mon 28th - Quiz Night with Nic Paul from 7.30pm. As a one off, unfortunately food will not be available on the night, so if you usually have a delicious burger, please make sure you’re fuelled up before joining us!

Sat 10th Oct - Live music in the Lounge, from 8pm.

These two images perfectly encapsulate what’s great about this village…a bit of rain couldn’t dampen the spirits, even as we headed into the evening on Sunday! Thank you for all who supported the festival, and us during the manic, yet brilliant few days 🙌🏻

The wet theme continued, unexpectedly, into our bar yesterday, but thankfully we’re all fixed up and drying out and so we’re good to go from today.

Here’s a brief outline of what we’ve planned for you this week:

Tonight:
Pie and Pint Night, 7pm to 9pm

Weds:
Pie Lunch Special, 12pm to 2pm
Pizza Night, 7pm to 9pm

Thurs:
NEW! Pizza Night from 7pm to 9pm

Afternoon folks - we’ve arrived into the bar to a rather significant amount of flooding, so as it stands we don’t think we are going to be in a position to open today. Depending on how it goes we’ll keep you all posted for tomorrow 😩
