🌟 FUNDRAISER UPDATE – £1,109.62 RAISED! 🌟

A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our fundraiser. We are absolutely delighted to have raised an amazing £1,109.62! ❤️

Our total came from:
🎨 James Powers’ painting – £90
🍾 Bottles – £100
🎟️ Raffle – £346
🍰 Food, stalls and rent – £353.30
💰 Donations – £205.82
📚 Kim and Ben’s books – £14.50

The money will be split between three very important causes:

🦅 £500 – RSPB Minsmere Wildfire Appeal
🚒 £100 – Fire relief and rescue services
💜 £509.62 – National Trust Dunwich Heath Fire Appeal

We are so proud of our wonderful community for coming together and raising such a fantastic amount to help with the recovery of our beautiful local heathland and support those who protect it.

On Thursday 27th August (6:30pm to 8:30pm) Metfield Village Hall will be hosting the screening of the climate crisis documentary “The People’s Emergency Briefing”. It is a public event with the aim of raising awareness about the climate crisis and its effects on everyday life. All welcome.

Join us on Saturday 15th August for a wonderful day of fun, food and community!

There’ll be plenty to enjoy, including:
