It’s that time again when our current crop of staff leaves the nest to start full time employment or are off to uni’. So……………..
MEMORIES of CHINATOWN Castle Hedingham will be requiring part-time WAITING/supervised BAR STAFF to serve drinks and take food orders. Also, part-time KITCHEN PORTER/FOOD PACKERS. These jobs will mainly be for our busiest times at the weekends and one or two weekday evenings.
There is a minimum age for our vacancies as you must be over 16 years of age, have taken your GCSE’s, continued in sixth form education or in collages. This is an ideal opportunity for you earn while you learn, get onto the employment ladder and to have your own money. Many of our previous sixth formers have learnt to drive and bought their own cars with their wages.
We are seeking hard working, enthusiastic, punctual and most of all, RELIABLE applicants. Experience is not essential as training will be given for a trial period. A basic knowledge of cash handling and simple maths is helpful together with a friendly well-mannered personality and plenty of common sense.

Memories Castle Hedingham
An important announcement from Memories & Chinatown to whom it may concern.
We regret to inform all of our customers that we will be closing Memories PH for a 4-week period from next Monday 17th July until Monday 14th August ‘23 due to our head chef having to return to Malaysia. Memories Pub & Chinatown will open again on Wednesday 16th August 23. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.
