We have a few spare places for the next 6 week block of Pilates classes beginning Monday 11th May. The block is just £36, no equipment is needed. The instructor is NHS trained and experienced in all sort of injuries so can accommodate you. Drop us a comment if you or you spouse/partner/family member would like to give it a go.
