With super local walks surrounding the pub and facing the cricket pitch which is perfect for a Sunday afternoon. All about the Junction...

The Junction Inn is a substantial pub dating back to the mid 19th Century, situated in the middle of the lovely village of Groombridge opposite the cricket pitch. There are two main dining areas either side of the central bar, a large garden with decking area, childrens play equipment and a petanque piste. In addition to this there is a large function room, ideal for all manner of gatherings from kiddies parties to wedding receptions.

The Junction is the social hub of the village and is used by local cribbage, darts and boules teams, and is a popular venue for local walkers and climbers from the nearby Harrisons Rocks. Our managers, Cecilia and Tony, will give you a warm and friendly welcome, with great food (Malaysian Fusion cuisine as well as traditional British pub classics), award winning really well kept cask ales, fine wines and equally fine bar-room banter!

There are numerous attractions nearby, including Groombridge Place, Harrisons Rocks, the Spa Valley Railway at Groombridge Station, and of course the wonderful Ashdown Forest.
