Meet the ribeye that's been nine years in the making. 🥩

We've just taken delivery of this Aurox beef from fully matured cows, where age isn't just a number, it's flavour. The longer the animal lives, the deeper and more complex the meat becomes.

These ribeyes are from a 9-year-old Montbéliarde ex-dairy cow from Yorkshire. A breed known for rich milk and, as it turns out, extraordinary beef.
The marbling on these cuts is something else.🤌
