We don’t believe great Indian food should be mass-produced in huge trays.

At Masala & Malt, we cook fresh, traditionally and in small batches — usually a maximum of around 5 portions at a time.

🍲 POT-COOKED • SMALL BATCHES • AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS

Many of our dishes take 45–60 minutes to cook properly from raw ingredients. So when a dish finishes, please bear with us — we would rather cook another fresh batch than compromise on quality.
