Good Afternoon Ladies!! 🫢

(Long post)

It's been a very long time since my last post, but I thought I'd update everyone on what's happening for the rest of this year.

I've got 4 weeks of work left, and then I'm off for over 2 weeks. Everyone should know this by now, so if you haven't got your appointment yet, message me, and I'll see what I can do.
The week beginning of 3rd and 10th November is fully booked (unless I'll get a cancellation)

I'm off from 13th November until 1st December. I'm back for 3 weeks, and then we're into Christmas.
I'm away for Christmas with my mum, dad, and my partner, so my last day will be 22nd(fully booked) and back to work for 1 day on 31st December.

If you haven't got your Christmas appointment yet, please message me, and I'll get you in.
There are still a few appointments left in December, so I hope I'll be able to squeeze you in.

Christmas post will go up in the next couple of weeks, but it'll be the same as every year, to be on time, know your design, etc.

I'm very sorry, but I had absolutely no time to reply to messages, but I will do it at the weekend as I'm back to work for a few hours on Sunday and Monday, so please bear with me ladies! ❀️

Let's get some things straight for people who still don't understand my policies.

I understand we are all busy, and it's Christmas time, etc, but Christmas appointments have been booked 2,3,4 months in advance. I don't tell you when to book them, as you chose your own appointments. I don't pressure people into booking in with me.
Once your appointment is booked I do send reminders, but it's because I care about my clients and I think it's nice to be reminded as I know people are so busy, however it is NOT up to me to remember about your appointments.

If you cancel or miss your appointment, you pay in full. That's the policy, and that's it.
If I do not receive any payments for missed appointments, I will not be booking the person in.

Please respect me, my time, and my clients' time, and do not be putting any blame on me for not remembering about your own appointments.

Thank you so much to all my beautiful clients who support me and understand that this is a really busy time.

The busiest time for the beauty industry has begun, and this week, it will only get worse πŸ˜‚

Just a quick reminder when coming for your appointment, can I please ask you all to make sure:

πŸ’… You're on time for your appointment,
πŸ’… Each client will have 1 hour and 15 minutes slot.
πŸ’…Please have a rough idea of what you want( If a client comes in with a full set of nail art without letting me know I will unfortunately say NO and do what I can do within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Whoever wants a full set of Christmas nails has already booked their appointment for it. )
πŸ’… No swapping appointments,
πŸ’… ANY cancellations THIS WEEK, there will be a fee(depending on the service)
πŸ’… ANY last-minute cancellation (48/24hrs before will be charged for full service NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)
πŸ’… Please respect my time and effort as I am always doing my best to allocate all my lovely clients. Christmas time is always the busiest time of the year for the beauty industry, and it is very stressful, especially this year, with even more clients.

I really hope this week goes as smoothly as possible. Please remember, for having over 70 clients, I am only 1 person and unfortunately can't always do what clients ask me to do during this busy period. Please respect my time and my clients' time. These appointments were booked months in advance, so it is only fair to be charging for missed appointments.

I know this year is a little bit late, but I've been flat out since I can remember and just totally left my mind to post this, also because I haven't been taking any new clients on and I just have my regulars now, which I just spoke to everyone individually πŸ₯°

As every year I will be working flat out from early mornings until late nights.
My plan is to be working right up until 23rd December, but this year I will be finishing early on 23rd, as I celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve and I am always behind with everything with finishing very late on my last day, but I'm back to work for a few hours on Monday 30th for only 1 day, which is now fully booked.

** All Christmas appointments are now booked, however keep an eye out for any last minute cancellations girls.

So apparently Tuesdays are for booking your next holiday πŸ˜‚

Ladies,

I've just booked my next holiday in September and I'll be off for quite a while. This is the 1st time in 5 and a half years that I'll be off for this longπŸ™ˆ, but please don't panic as I will try and accommodate everyone before I go.

I'm off from Tuesday 10th September and not back to work until Monday 23rd September.

If you need an appointment before I go, please either send me a message with your next few appointments or just wait until you're in with me.
As per usual, I'll be working flat out before I go, so make sure that once you're booked in, you can definitely come to your appointment as they'll be limited.

I'll be back to work and back to being busy, so make sure you book an appointment for when I'm back.

Unfortunately, I'll have to do limited appointments in October for a week, but we'll cross that bridge once it comes to it, and I'll give you more info soon.
