Who is SAD? This time of the year is also classed as SAD season, when people suffer from seasonal affective disorder. This can be due to a lack of sunlight, or Vitamin D in particular. Responsible for maintaining the health of your nervous system, it’s a key vitamin all-year round, but especially during this time of the year.
