Tuesday night darts saw us lose 6 5 away at the Lacons Arms. Always difficult when going 4 2 down after the singles but the team never gave up. A special mention for Captain Faye who is captaining a very large squad and it's not easy keeping everyone happy however she seems to be doing it with a mature aplomb. Credit to the team for there respect and dedication. Looking forward to getting back on winning ways next week away again at the Lord Nelson.

It was tough tonight to decide the darting banana 🍌. Plugo yet again showed his class, Fin and Steve were extremely competent. Birthday girl Jess showed a lot of darting guile and maybe should have been a joint winner. However Mary just pipped it. In many ways she was last woman standing and certainly didn't need to be here tonight in fact she nearly left early. However her balls were big and she came good and improved massively as the night progressed with a phenomenal win against our leader Darren. Well done Scary one! Good to see new players tonight Jodie and Kieren who made a good impression and hopefully will be back soon. A good Wednesday night debut for Sweep too. A truly fun night and look forward to next week. UTV 😃

A solid win 8 3 last Tuesday at home to the Mariners Compass. With only 2 ladies available ( Jess working, Ma looking forward to her weekend, Lauren sick in the head) Captain Faye had limited options however Faye and Denise led from the front and contributed to our storming win. Competent performances from our men in the singles and certainly strength in the pairs and trebles when Steve and Plugo were unleashed. This Tuesday a potentially tougher encounter away at the Lacons Arms.

Order 66? Well it was our Mr Hamptons Birthday and to celebrate we had a glorious 7 4 victory away at the Alexandra Tavern last night. 4 0 up then 5 4 up but 7 4 in the end. Strong heavy scoring darts from Willie and Nash helped to obliterate the opposition. Fine wins from everyone with everyone playing there part and contributing. With Dave and the happy shoppers to return next week in a much anticipated home encounter with the Mariners Compass.
