So sadly it seems the summer has officially left us. As some of you may be aware, last winter we had some issues with the building leaking and damp problems. Our beautiful building is grade 2 listed and isn’t particularly easy for our landlords to make the essential repairs needed to enable us to trade safely throughout the winter months. Sadly, for us this means after this weekend we will be closing our doors until the works can be finally completed to ensure our building, both exterior and interior can blossom and survive for many more years.
We very much hope all the works can be completed for us to reopen for the festive period, but obviously this will depend somewhat on the councils planning department and the red tape this entails.
That being said, we WILL BE OPEN this Friday & Saturday from 4pm Friday until late and 1pm Saturday respectively. We will only be able to offer a limited menu due to having to clear out the premises of any perishables. We also have extensive stock on our bar will we will be selling at hugely discounted prices of only £2.50 a pint on all draught products and £2.50 on ALL spirits and mixers!
Please come in and see us and enjoy our wonderful premises this weekend before we close for the immediate future
