Lunch today - Lamb Tagine 🥰
Tender chunks of lamb, juicy apricots, sweet pops of pomegranate seeds, slivers of toasted almonds topped with a juicy home grown fig (thank you to Baddies mum ❤️) with coriander couscous.
Absolutely delicious 😋
So proud of the intense flavours our kitchen is creating right now.
Very well done team.

2 Yorkies, crispy roast potatoes, delicious gravy, topside of beef, turkey and sausages with a token roast parsnip, horseradish & cranberry sauce.
