From 8pm = Texas Hold 'Em Poker
Thursday is also Biker Night. Leave your bike on Town Gate or in the pub car park and come and have a chat, some fluids and some food with like minded people or as we like to call them

9pm LIVE MUSIC - LOCAL bands preferred! SATURDAY:
Home Cooked Fresh Food = BREAKFAST served from 10am until 4pm

From 8pm til closing = Disco. Playing YOUR fav tunes. All requests played by your DJ - your Landlord! If we've got it, he'll play it! SUNDAY:
Home Cooked Fresh Food = BREAKFAST served from 10am until 4pm

5 pm = Super Sunday Live music from either solos or duos. Followed from 8 pm by Karaoke until closing

All this PLUS:
* Food served - times vary - Hand Held Hot food often available to snack
* Enclosed rear Beer garden

* Pool Table only 50p per game
* Football Table only 40p per game
* Dominoes and other games also available to play free - just ask the bar staff)

Well behaved dogs (on a lead) and children are welcome until 8pm but must be supervised AT ALL TIMES please. The Cross Axes is available for private parties, wakes, christenings, receptions and other events - please just ASK!

The Cross Axes, on Church Street in Great Harwood, officially closed on Sunday (March 26) and its future is uncertain.

John & Toni would like to thank our loyal customers & the very many amazing staff and live artists, for your support over the last 18 years.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce our departure from The Cross Axes.
Our last opening day will be Sunday 26th.
Everything will continue as normal until then, with live music from Firebrand on Friday night and the Café on Saturday & Sunday.
Sharleen will be singing live for us on Sunday afternoon and Tracy will be hosting our final Karaoke on Sunday night.
We have made the decision to leave after much soul searching. The spiralling energy prices, added to the rising cost of food and drink, have made the industry almost impossible to thrive in under the lease agreement we have. Add this to the changes in our personal lives recently and we have decided that family must come first.
We will miss everyone but most especially our amazing regulars who are more like friends than customers in many cases.
We will especially miss the current Cross Team. The quality of staff we have employed over the years has been impressive, but the team right now are right up there amongst the very best.
Much love and it's not goodbye, just TaRa for now - we have plans!
