Stay Strong, we're in this together! ----------------------------Like most festivals, you probably haven’t heard a great deal over the last year.

Since the Hospitality industry has been hit by the pandemic, we have all felt the heavy impact it’s had on us as individuals and as establishments.

From all of us at the Deebsday family, we just wanted to say - were still here and were still thinking about you all.

We miss you, we love you and we hope you and your families are all well thoughout these uncertain times..

Whilst we wait for the government to point our futures in the right direction, we will continue to adapt with the times and look forward to seeing what provisions we are allowed to create in order to bring our tribes back together!

Over the years, the Deebsday music and arts festival has supported many fantastic charities! One of these superb charities is - who have recently launched their new fundraising campaign 'The Big Walk!'

So, we thought - lets all team up and support their new campaign to help all those who’s jobs and homes are under threat right now. Whilst the target for donations isn’t a great amount, We know there are so many charities who need financial support right now, every little bit helps! So… If we all team up together, we can raise even more!

On Saturday the 12th of December we will embark on our 10km journey through the beautiful hills of Great Gaddesden….

As we come to the end of our Big Walk our finishing point will be with our good friends at Berkhamstead to indulge in the best food and drink in town!

Well… seeing as Covid has put a stop to so many of our adventures this year, we decided to try and have one more attempt to end on a high before the year’s out!

So, we thought - lets all team up and support their new campaign to help all those who’s jobs and homes are under threat right now. Fellow Deliebers,
Like many of us, a big party with our friends is one of the main things we’re dreaming of right now!
We’ve been monitoring this situation closely to establish what exactly we’re going to be able to do and when.

Unfortunately, the time has come to make the right decision and prioritise the safety of us all.
Regrettably, DeebsDay will no longer be taking place this year, and will return in 2021.
We’re going to have bigger and better things lined up for us all, so we encourage you to transfer your tickets over.

As we’re partnered with Resident Advisor and their initiative, you’ll have the option of transferring your tickets to 2021, donating the funds, or requesting a refund.
You’ll receive an email to notify you when you’re able to choose the destiny of this year’s ticket.

This decision was a hard one as DeebsDay, at it’s core, is a community. A network of friends and extended circles - most of whom only reunite on DeebsDay every year!

So with this in mind, we do have two exciting announcements…

1. On Friday 15th May, we’ll be partnering up with to bring you a DeebsDay takeover over on our page for a whole 8 hours. Tune in from 4pm – 12am to enjoy some of our favourite resident artists! More info to come in the following days.
2. In collaboration with our sister company, .croft.farm.escape, we will be providing smaller, more intimate gatherings. If the rules allow, we plan on hosting gigs, live lounge sessions, weekend retreats, alongside wellbeing classes and of course the famous accommodation. Go and follow .croft.farm.escape and stay tuned for more info.

We treasure your love and support for DeebsDay and are so grateful that this family has been with us every step of the way.
Thank you for understanding in this difficult time for us all.

We can’t wait to see you as soon as possible.
Look after yourselves and each other, dearest Deliebers
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

DeebsDay

While the outside world seems rife with problems, we rejoice with kindred spirits to love ourselves and one another. The planet could do with a little more love, and it starts at DeebsDay. Located on a family farm in Hertfordshire, surrounded by walls of trees, encompassing funky forests and luscious green fields, DeebsDay transforms this ripe land into a playground for wandering souls. As we float through the trees with sights of cows and muntjacs, through woodland ampitheatres and abandoned barns, our curiosity grows, we dance in harmony with friends and strangers alike, and we are liberated from all pain. Starting out in 2008 as a Marie Curie party-in-a-barn fundraiser, thrown by founder, Darren Brady, DeebsDay continues to deliver an experience full of good vibes, four stages of excellent music, tasty food, awe-inspiring art installations, and provides a place to reconnect with the community. Preserving its home grown and intimate feel, DeebsDay is curated with pure love, and it is infectious. The DeebsDay love overflows into two charities. We proudly support our good friends at The Hospice of St Francis and Shelter. We are committed to making this world a better place and our planet needs a lot of love, fast. We are proud to be an environmentally conscious festival, and have joined FestivalVision2025, pledging to reduce our carbon footprint by 50% in the next five years. We aim to become a circular festival, and year on year we push to drastically reduce our waste, and use our loving festival as a platform to educate and inspire change.
