📢 Important Update from The Ship Inn Team 📢
We’re excited to share that The Ship Inn will soon be entering a new chapter, as the pub transitions to operate under a new franchise with a brand-new management team over the coming months.
While this is an exciting step forward, it does mean we’ll be moving away from our current format as a community pub with food. We’re really looking forward to seeing the direction the pub takes and wish the new team the very best of luck for the future.
What does this mean for now?
We will continue to trade as usual, with our final day of service being 18th April. After this, the pub will temporarily close while works take place to rejuvenate the venue, ready for its next chapter.
Over the next few weeks, you may notice some changes to our stock range as we begin to run things down. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Running The Ship Inn as a Greene King community pub has been an incredible journey. While it’s very sad to be moving on, we’re equally excited to see what the future holds for the pub.
On a personal note, I’d like to thank every single one of our customers for your continued support and loyalty throughout my time here. It has meant a great deal, and I look forward to seeing many of you over the coming weeks.
