🎯 Absolute scenes tonight at The Rose And Crown despite an agonising 5-4 defeat in what turned out to be a thrilling encounter to take the Gosport Mens Darts league Division 3 title race to the final day.

🎯 The hosts looked dead and buried early on as The Five Alls raced into a 3-0 lead but Scott Joyce won his singles game to stop the rot...

🎯 The Fives took the following leg to lead 4-1 but The Rosie rattled off 3 on the spin to take it to the final game against the odds at 4-4...

🎯 Scott & Shaun dropped the first leg of the deciding doubles game but pulled it back to take it to a nail-biting deciding leg.

🎯 Despite starting slowly in the decider, the lads kept with their opponents from up the road and it all came down to who could hit their double first. Unfortunately it just wasnt to be and The Fives pinned their outshot to keep the champers on ice for another week.

🎯 Final Score: Rose & Crown 4-5 Five Alls

🎯 Absolute top effort from the lads in what proved to be difficult conditions for both sides during a hot and humid evening at The Rosie and the title is still in our hands as we visit the Foresters Arms for the final game of the season where a win will seal the Division 3 title.

Starts 11.00am - 15.00pm

1980’s music playing all day.

Come and see us in the back bar where you will see a variety of 1980’s/1990’s memorabilia toys and games - let alone the actual posters from my bedroom wall!!

We have sweets available at 1980’s prices so all the sweets that were available then are only 1p & 2p.

They are not the only things selling for 80’s prices - until stocks last the popular drinks of the 80’s are only 50p - so come and get your Martini/cinzano/pimms and Sherry.

Remember going to the pub with your parents?? We have a bottle of pop and bag of crisps for just 20p for the kids.

We also have a challenge to beat our player at a 1980’s Game - prize for all players.

Come and have a go on a real pac man machine and see if you can beat the highest scores.

And how about a colouring competition - activity sheets available for all and a prize will be given to the best one.

We also have a 1980’s film quote quiz for all to enter.

And to end the day and the jubilee celebration we have the amazing Monkey Butlers playing in the evening from approx 8.30/9pm
