Sometimes the small and ‘easy to fix’ problems can have big consequences. A loss of a product’s availability can have a knock on effect on customer satisfaction and managing stock levels of other beers.

Today’s customer had a hole in the Co2 line into the barrel connector for their Fosters Lager. A 5 minute fix was all it took to get it safe and up and running once again! A simple cut to the line and a new fitting was all it took to make sure this pub hit the ground running with no hiccups on the busiest day of the week.
