A huge thank you to all the volunteers from across our village who came together today to install our new badminton/pickleball court. Your time, skills, hard work and support are greatly appreciated and have helped provide another fantastic amenity for our community.

We would also like to thank Moorfoot Community Council for their generous microgrant, which made this project possible. This new facility provides an accessible sporting opportunity for all age groups and will be a valuable asset for our village for years to come.

⚽ The Countdown Is On – World Cup Opening Match!

*please note due to licence laws no children allowed to this match, only 16 years and over*

The World Cup is almost here, and we're opening the bar at Middleton Village Hall specially for Scotland's opening game against Haiti.

Sunday 14th June
Bar open from 1:00am – 4:00am
Bacon rolls on sale throughout the night.

To help us gauge numbers, this will be a ticketed event, although tickets are completely free. Tickets can be collected from Tuckshop, the bar, or from any committee member.

We need to make sure there is enough support to justify our volunteers giving up their sleep to open the bar in the early hours, so if you plan on coming along, please pick up a ticket as soon as possible. Tickets will be available at the door but please let us know in advance if you can't pick up before hand.

Come along, support Scotland, enjoy a bacon roll, and help create a great atmosphere for the opening match of the World Cup!

Huge thanks to everyone who came along to Burnbrae’s Summer Fete this afternoon and to the brilliant crowd at Middleton Village Hall tonight.
Both events completely sold out — what a day.We loved firing up the oven for you all.
