Friday Feast is our new monthly concept: Enjoy a 5 course menu, drinks, entertainment and most importantly meeting new people as you dine on large communal feast tables.

Join us on Friday 6th November for an unforgettable evening celebrating fire, flavour and fantastic company.

Our very first Friday Feast brings you a five-course dining experience inspired by the elements of smoke and fire, with every course designed to ignite the senses.

We’re delighted to welcome Justin Jerome back to Ye Horns Inn as our returning Head Chef — and he brings with him an impressive career shaped by some of the biggest names in British hospitality.

Justin’s culinary journey has seen him work alongside Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s under Mark Sargeant, Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Lancashire’s own Nigel Haworth, and Lisa Goodwin-Allen at Northcote. These experiences have helped shape Justin’s approach to food: combining classical technique, exceptional ingredients and a passion for continually raising standards.

His career has included achieving 2 AA Rosettes at The Clifton Arms before progressing to become Executive Chef at Stanley House where he was shortlisted in the Lancashire Tourism awards Unsung Hero catagory for his contribution to Lancashires Hospitality industry.

Now, Justin has returned to Ye Horns Inn, where he has already achieved the kitchen’s first AA Rosette — the beginning of what promises to be an exciting journey.

With a passion for great cooking and a drive to continually raise the bar, Justin is focused on championing fresh, seasonal ingredients and showcasing the fantastic local produce on our doorstep. His aim is to let quality ingredients speak for themselves while pushing the Ye Horns kitchen forward.

The journey has begun — and this is only the start.
