The staff of Godstone Inn would like to say:
“Thanks for nothing Councillor Mike Crane”
Our staff served you and your golf friend a beautifully cooked Breakfast with great service despite having had to endure your endless droning about how important you are and how your position as a councillor was so useful when you gave the Doctors Surgery and pharmacy a piece of mind over your missing prescription and when you mention to the waitress how you apparently “helped” us when applying for our revised Alcohol Licence. This endurance test of your ego fuelled self-importance would have paled into insignificance if you had just paid the discretionary £2.00 Gratuity charge that was added to your bill, however when given the opportunity to pay you declined but made a point of picking up the two mint chocolates which we provided with the bill, saying “…. I will have the chocolates though”
We hope you have no place in the Council that looks after small businesses because our experience of your care in the community is CRAP.
