Some of our lovely mums have recently welcomed their babies, which means spaces have just opened up in our Pregnancy Yoga classes. 🤍
These gentle, supportive sessions are designed to help you stay active, relaxed, and connected throughout your pregnancy — while preparing both body and mind for birth.
Join our calm, nurturing space to move safely, breathe deeply, and take time just for you and your baby.
6 week blocks running on Thursdays 7.30 - 8.45pm at the Longlevens community centre. Suitable from 14 weeks right up to the birth of your baby.
